What happens after I schedule a clarity call?
You'll get a confirmation email with the call details. During our call, we'll talk about your business, what you do, what your goals are, and how a website fits into your vision.
If we both agree that we're a good fit, we'll talk about next steps. I'll send you a contract for you to sign and an invoice for 30% downpayment of the package that we decided is the best for your current needs.
What exactly do I get in your web design packages?
A beautiful and intuitive website that clearly communicates your vision and represents you. One that will bring you clients and help your business grow.
Some packages include more services, like copywriting for every page, logo design, and stock photo curation. If you're now sure which package is best or you, we can chat about it over a clarity call and I can suggest the option that suits you best.
How much do I pay after I book one of your web design packages?
After we settle on a price — that depends on the type of package and your needs —, I’ll send you a contract for you to sign and an invoice for 30% down payment.
The price is dependent on the project scope, which depends on your needs and goals. We can find a right package that best fits your budget and needs.
How long does the process take?
Depending on the complexity of the website, it can take us 4-12 weeks from when we start working together.
If you're booking a website audit or strategy session, we'll only be on a call for an hour. After that call you'll get notes with an action plan that you can implement on your website.
What costs should I expect other than web design services?
Domain: The name of your website. If you don’t have one already, I can help set it up for you.
Hosting: Where your website "lives". I can also help set this up for you.
Privacy Policy: A specific copy that needs to be on your website to follow internet laws and make your website GDPR compliant. I recommend The Contract Shop's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions* (this is an affiliate link, where I get a small commission at no extra cost to you).
Do you offer different payment plans?
I offer a limited number of extended payment plans that are limited to those experiencing financial hardship and are available until they run out.
If your intuition is telling you to work together but you need financial support to do so, please send me an email about your situation so we can discuss other options. I'd be happy to find something that works for both of us. Remember that by reaching out you're also helping me create more inclusive services.

Do you offer support after my website is launched?
Absolutely! After we’re done with the project, we can discuss which maintenance is necessary for your website. This also depends on your budget, needs, and ongoing website functionalities.
